There are two ways to give access to Tradesquash to a user: under the tabs “Moderation” and “Users”:
On the left menu of the platform, click on “Moderation” and then “Users”, this will open a page with all users that are “pending” - waiting for approval.
To approve a user, on the right of their name, click on the 3-lines icon (showed below) and change the status to “Enable”.
Then, click on the name or email address of the user you want to authorize. A page “edit user” will open. On this page, you can edit all information about this specific user (so long as you have the permission to do so), such as personal information and the level of permission.
To know more about the differences between levels of permission, please read this article or the document that was delivered to you when your Tradesquash was set up.
On the left menu, click on “Users”, a page will open with all users registered on your Tradesquash. To enable or disable a user, please follow the same steps previously explained.
Please note that only users with a level of permission “Administrator” or “Moderator” can grant access to other users.
